Chioma Muo currently leads Proten International’s Outsourcing Unit. She has over 7 years’ cognate experience in Human Resource Management across multiple company sectors, and continues to provide great service in a variety of areas such as Talent Management, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Evaluation. 

Her excellent interpersonal skills have enabled her to carry out a wide range of tasks in the Human Resources department, from plan execution to successful dispute resolution tactics. She has also gained valuable experience as a People Manager, where she was in charge of tasks such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, and payroll administration. 

Chioma’s exceptional personnel management talents continue to be put to use, as she oversees the acquisition, onboarding, and management of interns, graduates, experienced employees, C-level executives and expatriate professionals across top organizations. Her strong people and data management abilities have also led her to build effective staff learning and development programs for several companies. 

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Lagos State University as well as a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the same institution.
