The primary objective of our training is to ensure that the knowledge acquired is applied successfully, adding real value and making a visible difference to work performance in the business environment. There are two possible fee options for the implementation of on-site training:

Post Training Toolkit

Delegates can receive a unique Post Training Toolkit containing additional resources specific to the training programme attended. The information on the Proten International USB memory stick or CD includes case studies; exercises, templates and other useful material assisting delegates to implement and reinforce the new skills acquired.

The post course information loaded on the device will help learners to improve and reinforce the skills covered during the training. There are many exercises installed to help master the skills acquired during the course. Learners are encouraged to complete the exercises as part of their post course evaluation and to submit these completed exercises to management to further develop the transfer of skills into the workplace.

Pre and Post Course Evaluations

30 Day Personal Action Plan

A post course action plan for delegates to set goals and implement the skills acquired. The action plan covers strategies and ideas to reinforce learning and aiding transfer of skills into the workplace. It assists with achieving goals, improving motivation and assisting with sustainable change.

This action plan can be implemented with the help of our facilitators or participants can carry them out on their own.

“Contact the Coach” – Post Course Support

Proten International ensures that expertise is available following all training to aid transfer of skills into the workplace. We strongly believe learning should include on-going assistance following training. Delegates can “Contact the Coach” via email or telephonically if they need support with additional queries/questions regarding the application of theory covered during the course at any time following the course.

Delegates often comment that they feel that their confidence and competence have grown by being able to discuss an issue with a qualified facilitator following the training course. Reinforcement is constant and applicable to the individual needs.





Individual Coaching Support

We know that many participants will leave the training session requiring one-one support to implement the knowledge gained and take the next step towards their career progression.

One-to-One coaching support is available to individuals who may require extra on-the-job support with actualising the concepts that have been discussed and learned on the programme. The sessions can take place straight after the programme or up to 3 months after attendance.

The number of sessions required will depend on the level of support needed by each individual.

Post Course Training Reports

The post course training report covers the facilitator’s observations and feedback, commenting on how delegates received the training, motivation, team dynamics and attitude of participants. The report also lists suggestions, strategies and recommendations to help our clients achieve their goals following training and assisting with long-term change in the workplace.
