Don Azubike OnyegbuDON AZUBIKE ONYEGBU is a work-place performance consultant, trainer and speaker with over 7 years’ experience and the author of career classic, Good: The New Mediocre.

He is a member of the International Association of Team work Facilitators (IATF) USA and also a member of the world’s largest public speaking club, Toastmasters international, where he currently serves as President of the Lighthouse Prestige toastmaster club in Lagos, Nigeria.

Don first gained consulting experiences with Visible Impact, a firm of management experts where he co-facilitated trainings for some of the top banks in Nigeria, including Zenith Bank, Diamond Bank, GTbank and also Nigeria Liquid Natural Gas (NLNG). Using some diagnostic tools, Don implemented core value assessments and job role and skills assessment for various organisations.

Don also worked with Estrategia consulting, an outdoor team bonding and HR Strategy organisation; where he was involved in designing, deploying and monitoring over 12 new team bonding activities and strategies to both indigenous and multinational companies including Ericsson LM, Total Nigeria, Skye Bank, Wema Bank. Twice he was an execution partner that co-led a team building strategy session for over 600 staff of Multichoice Nigeria.

Don currently works with Dohn and Kalistar Consulting, a manpower development organisation that assists its clients to be indispensable to their target market; where he has facilitated workplace performance trainings for organizations including Century Energy Group, Zenith Bank, eTranzact, Glo Telecommunications, Handover telecoms, TNT/IAS and Gami consult to mention a few.

Don’s passion for the transformation of Nigeria into the world’s most desirable nation made him involved in various nation building projects including; GEMSTONE 2025(Generation Empowered Motivated and Stirred to work in Natural Excellence), PROJECT RAISE (Reviving Academic Excellence in our School and Educational institutions), Mushin Makeover (The free painting of Houses and road curbs of over 200 houses in Mushin local government area of Lagos state), Spelling Bee Nigeria Competition, Divine Life Foundation, where he spoke to Prison Inmates at the Ikoyi prisons, Kiri-Kiri Maximum and Medium prisons.

Don also speaks to university and secondary school student on areas of Leadership, Discovering your life’s purpose and entrepreneurship.

Don is married to Chinenye a HR professional and together they have 2 girls; Kemi and Chiamanda.
